Jackson Guitars

Metal-forward ecommerce—artist profiles, signature models, and fast, mobile-first purchase flows.

Jackson’s site needed to feel as aggressive and precise as the instruments. I implemented a dark, high-contrast UI with motion used sparingly to emphasize product reveals and artist moments—while keeping the codebase clean, fast, and accessible.

On the build side, I created brand-themed components and page templates—artist profiles, signature model PDPs with spec tables, sound/playability callouts, and media galleries—that pull structured content from Contentful and live product data from Shopify. Collection pages include faceted filtering, quick-add, and sticky cart interactions that work smoothly on mobile. I tuned image delivery and hydration to keep large artwork from tanking performance.

The result is a high-impact, metal-forward experience that still meets ecommerce fundamentals: fast loads, clear paths to purchase, and accurate product data.

Stack: React, TypeScript, Shopify, Contentful.
